River LINE Saftey Stickers The River LINE's Bordentown Station is the backdrop for a series of stickers that promote safety at or near railroad tracks. The stickers, created by children participating in the Firehouse Gallery Summer Art Camp Program in Bordentown, depict images of the station's artwork, light rail vehicles and scenery. These images will be used as a part of NJ TRANSIT's Children Safety Education Program to communicate the importance of being safe when children are near railroad tracks, rail crossings or rail equipment. The stickers' messages include: "Only cross the tracks at designated grade crossings," "Never throw rocks or bottles at the train. Someone could get hurt," and "Always stay alert near light rail tracks and be safe." In addition, some sticker images will be transformed into posters that will be placed inside River LINE light rail vehicles.
